What is SkySearch? [Korean]

SkySearch Windows 8 app is your 'SkyDrive Public folder' to worldwide users can search, download and run. It is you are able to do so.

Please upload the file to 'SkyDrive Public folder' you want to share. and press the 'Enable to SkySearch' button in SkySearch.

 

* SkyDrive Public folder?

SkyDrive has access some permission.

Public : Allow to everyone, this is 'SkyDrive Public folder'
Shared : Allow to a few people
Just me : Allow to me

How to register my Public folder on SkySearch

 

Simple way

1. Run SkySearch

 

2. Click to 'My SkyDrive' button

   Select Public folder, display 'Public' lower-right corner.

 

   You select the sub-folder you want to register SkySearch

   2-1. Registed Folder : Display SkySearch icon lower-right corner

   2-2. Appbar Buttons

   2-2-1. Cancel Select : All selected item deselect

   2-2-2. Download : Selected files download ( Only the file download possible )

   2-2-3. Copy To Folder : Selected files copy to you want folder (Only the file download is complete)

   2-2-4. SkySearch : Register/Unregister SkySearch

   2-2-5. Refresh : Refresh list

   2-2-6. All Select : All selected in list

 

 

3. Click to 'SkySearch' button

 

 

4. Click to 'Enable to SkySearch' button.

   Select folder category, input folder description.

   Click to 'Confirm' button

 

 

6. Celebration. Has been successfully registered your folder in SkySearch.

   If you want unregister this folder, click to 'Disable to SkySearch' button.

 

 

 

How to search other shared folder on the SkySearch

 

If you keyword search, click the Search icon in the start screen, or use to 'Search Charm'.

1. Run SkySearch

 

2. Click to 'Search' button

   Input keyword, and press enter key

2. Click to 'Other's SkyDrive' button

 

 

3. Click to main category button, is here click 'Photo' button

 

 

4. Click to sub category button, is here click 'Animal' button

 

 

5. Click to 'My Pet' folder

 

 

 

How to download and run in SkySearch

 

1. First, search the folder you want. 

   For example, 'my pet' is the folder you want.

 

 

2. Select the file you want to download

   Can view the information of the file. If you can download the 'Download' button is activated.

 

 

3. Click to 'Download' button

 

 

4. Select the item you want to run

 

 

5. Click to 'Open' button

   Selected file launch to default app

   Result open view
