3. Basic principles of OneSearch
OneDrive, where folders are created and files are uploaded, can be used by another device by download. Each folder and each file have an access right, and every user’s accessible right is called a ‘Access : public’.
Your OneDrive has one or more folders having a public right. If no folder exists, you can create a folder.
Reference
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/share-file-folder
A basic name of a folder having a public right is Public. If you create a new folder having a name of ‘Fun Photos’ in this folder, the Fun Photos also has a public right.
Upload your interesting photos to the Fun Photos folder, and let your acquaintances know about a URL of the folder. Then, people who have clicked the URL can see your photos. If I wish to show my photos to people whom I don’t know, how should I do? The answer is to use OneSearch.
