1. 비주얼 스튜디오를 닫는다.
2. https://gist.github.com/MattWhilden/7579984e0d8e6541716a 에서 zip다운로드를 이용해서 파일을 받는다. 받고나서 풀어주면, Microsoft.NetNative.targets이란 이름의 파일이 있다.
3. Microsoft.NetNative.targets 파일을  C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\.NetNative 폴더에 복사한다.(덥어쓰기)
4. 비주얼 스튜디오를 재실행해서 작업한다.
